🚨 We’re Hiring: HR Executive (01 Position)
The Akshaya Patra Foundation is looking for a passionate and driven HR Executive to join our team.
📍 Location: Mangalore, Karnataka
📍 Experience: 1–3 Years
🎓 Qualification: MSW / MBA (HR)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain attendance, leave, and HR records
• Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities
• Support performance management and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
• Assist in payroll inputs and handle employee grievances
• Prepare HR reports and MIS
