Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations. The role includes enhancing workplace culture, overseeing recruitment processes, and providing guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations skills, with the ability to oversee diverse HR functions effectively
- Strong expertise in developing and implementing HR Policies, ensuring compliance and fostering organizational growth
- Experience in Employee Relations and managing workplace dynamics
- Solid understanding of Human Resources practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in a similar HR role, with a demonstrable track record of success
