Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Standardize region-specific onboarding processes (IT setup, compliance training, benefits enrollment).
- Manage end-to-end offboarding, including knowledge transfer, asset return, and exit interviews.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Coordination
- Partner with finance and vendors to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and statutory filings.
- Support benefits administration and region-specific statutory benefits.
HR Operations & Data Privacy
- Maintain HRIS accuracy, reporting, and compliance audits.
- Ensure GDPR-compliant processing of employee data.
- Manage people metrics and monthly dashboards (headcount, attrition, employee relations, and performance cycles).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of progressive HR experience, including exposure to multi-country operations.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Experience supporting distributed (remote/hybrid) teams in fast-paced tech or IT environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms, payroll coordination, and data reporting.
