Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records maintenance in an on-site role based in Hyderabad. This full-time role involves supporting HR policies, assisting with payroll inputs, handling attendance and leave management, and coordinating performance review processes. The Human Resources Executive will address employee queries, support employee engagement activities, and help resolve workplace concerns in alignment with company guidelines. The role also includes collaborating with management on hiring needs, scheduling interviews, and ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational requirements. The HR Executive will work closely with different departments to maintain a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.
- Candidates should possess practical HR Operations experience.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to support a positive workplace.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software or HRIS tools.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
