Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Executive based in Nagpur, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and assist in developing a positive workplace culture. They will be responsible for conducting recruitment, onboarding, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal guidelines. This role requires effective communication and collaboration to support the agency's dynamic and innovative teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and HR Operations, including overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies, with the ability to foster positive workplace culture and ensure compliance
- Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources functions and best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Relevant experience within the marketing or technology sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
