Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Executive to join our on-site team in Hyderabad. The HR Executive will manage and oversee all HR operations, implement company HR policies, foster positive employee relations, and support the overall organizational goals. Key responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Freshers and experience up to 1 year
- Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and implementing effective HR strategies
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and ensuring compliance with HR Policies
- Deep understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions, including talent acquisition, payroll, and performance management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multitasking, prioritize tasks, and pay close attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Familiarity with local labor laws and employee regulations
- Proficiency in HR software and systems is an advantage
