Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Hyderabad. The HR Executive will oversee day-to-day HR management and operations, implement and manage HR policies, enhance employee relations, and support organizational goals through effective human resource practices. Responsibilities include handling recruitment processes, managing employee records, addressing workforce queries, and ensuring compliance with HR standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations with the ability to manage day-to-day HR activities efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and expertise in Employee Relations to foster a supportive and productive work environment.
- Experience in Human Resources (HR), with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain professionalism in a dynamic workplace.
- Relevant educational background, such as a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are an added advantage.
