Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities also involve administering payroll, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting organizational development efforts. The HR Executive will also contribute to aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Proficiency in performance management and organizational development
- Familiarity with payroll administration, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in logistics or warehousing industries is a plus
