Job Description
- Take over the candidate management post offer-acceptance stage
- Carry out BGV checks using vendor systems before a candidate joins
- Own the entire pre-onboarding & onboarding experience for new recruits
- Manage various aspects of employee life cycle tasks, as and when they arise
- Use and innovate HRMS workflows to manage HR operations and tasks
- Execute ad-hoc HR projects aimed at improving people's journey with SunAct
Qualifications & Skills Expected
- Graduate/MBA in Human Resources/Psychology
- Any education or certification in Healthcare Management is a plus
- Prior experience of setting up and using HRMS is a plus
- Ability to manage datasets in a clean and efficient manner
- Possess a tech-savvy & highly organized approach to managing HR Operations
