Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring effective management of the organization's human resources. This role includes supporting recruitment, addressing employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing performance appraisals, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in HR Management and overall Human Resources (HR) functions
- Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
- Strong ability to foster Employee Relations and resolve workplace concerns effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Practical understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or certification in HR, such as SHRM or PHR, is a plus)
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is advantageous but not required
