Job Description: HR Executive

Location: Gurugram
Salary Budget: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience Required: 1-2 Years

About the Role: HKI Media is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive who has prior experience in the media industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and maintaining a positive work culture in a fast-paced media environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for creative, corporate, and operational roles.
• Manage onboarding and induction process for new employees.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs.
• Execute employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
• Handle payroll coordination and compliance documentation.
• Resolve employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed effectively.
• Support performance management and appraisal process.
Required Skills:
• Strong recruitment and communication skills.
• Experience in mass hiring for media, production, digital marketing, or creative roles.
• Good knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification:
• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant degree.
• 2–3 years of HR experience in Media / Entertainment / Advertising industry preferred.
