Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role located in Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and coordinate key HR management functions. The incumbent will serve as a strategic partner within the organization to drive efficient human resource practices and foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Finacle Resource Recuriter
- Expertise in HR Management, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management
- Experience in HR Operations and developing HR processes and systems
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and the ability to foster positive workplace relationships
- Proficiency in creating, implementing, and updating HR Policies to ensure compliance and best practices
- Sound understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions and employment laws
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in IT recruitment or working in the technology sector is an advantage
