What You’ll Own
Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Lead the Talent Acquisition and hire excellent resources for the company.
- Guide the design and execution of hiring strategies to meet present and future workforce needs.
- Collaborate with department heads and leadership to understand talent priorities.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives and ensure a stellar candidate experience.
- Monitor hiring metrics and dashboards to measure success and improve processes.
HR Operations Excellence
- Ensure seamless employee lifecycle management: onboarding, documentation, HRMS, and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee data, attendance, and leave records.
- Uphold compliance with labor laws and ensure policies are relevant and up to date.
- Partner with payroll for error-free and timely salary processing.
- Address employee queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Drive employee engagement programs and internal communication initiatives.
- Coordinate performance management cycles, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to lead Talent Acquisition and HR operations.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire teams while collaborating with senior leadership.
- Strong grasp of labour laws, HR policies, and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- A calm, thoughtful approach in sensitive or high-pressure situations.
