Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and supporting daily HR activities. The role involves maintaining a positive work culture, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with various teams to optimize employee satisfaction and contribute to organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
- Strong understanding of general Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and resolve conflicts effectively
- Familiarity with HR management software or systems
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate or PropTech is a plus
