Years of Experience- Min 1- 4 yrs in a Sales driven organization (Pharma/BFSI/Telecom/FMCG/Insurance/RealEstate/Banking)
Education Qualification- Any Graduate; MBA in HR would be desirable
Location–Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore.(Work from office)

Roles & Responsibilities-
-Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment for Mid-level/ Sr Level /Leadership hiring
- Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications
- Develop pool of qualified candidates- Grievance handling
- Well versed with various recruitment tools (including but not limited to Naukri, LinkedIn,Facebook, Free Job Sites etc)
- Good communication skills- Confident, Energetic, Target Oriented- Should be able to capture and maintain data
- Should be able to handle both Recruitments (80%) & HR Operations (20%).
