Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Karnal. The Human Resources Executive will handle HR operations, manage employee relations, and oversee the development and implementation of HR policies. The role involves supporting employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and assisting in recruiting, onboarding, and performance management processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and implementation of HR Policies
- Understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS tools is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
