HR Executive
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage core HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should be organised, people-oriented, and comfortable handling HRMS software, attendance systems, reporting, and employee coordination while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, hiring, and onboarding.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with department teams and management.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, joining formalities, and exit procedures.
- Operate and maintain HRMS systems for employee records, attendance tracking, leave management, and HR reporting.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, employee data management, and monthly HR documentation with accuracy.
- Monitor employee attendance, shift records, leave balances, and compliance-related documentation.
- Schedule and manage STOP meetings, prepare agendas, maintain MoMs, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Plan and execute employee training programs, induction sessions, engagement activities, and internal HR initiatives.
- Maintain HR reports, MIS data, employee records, and support management with timely updates and analysis.
- Ensure implementation of company HR policies, process discipline, confidentiality, and employee grievance handling.
- Support overall HR operations through effective coordination, communication, and process management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, or administration.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS software, attendance systems, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a structured process-driven environment.
