Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pimpri Chinchwad for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. They will be responsible for managing employee relationships, facilitating effective communication, and addressing employee concerns. Additional responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions to promote a healthy organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR Management and HR Operations, including handling day-to-day human resources functions.
- Ability to effectively manage Employee Relations and address workplace concerns in a fair and professional manner.
- In-depth understanding of HR Policies and procedures, and ability to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong expertise in overall Human Resources (HR) practices and effective team collaboration skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR software or systems; certifications like SHRM or PHR preferred.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing, infrastructure, or diversified business environment is advantageous.
