Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Executive to join our team at our Delhi office. The role involves managing the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and administrative functions. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills to ensure smooth day-to-day HR processes while supporting overall business functions.
Qualifications
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain employee records, documentation and HR databases
- Handle onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth employee integration.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance and daily work reports.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee queries, concerns and assist in conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Collaborate with different teams (including Business Development) for smooth internal operations.
Having prior experience in a digital marketing agency will be considered a plus point and added advantage for this role.
