Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur-Maharashtra for a Human Resources Executive. The selected candidate will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure smooth functioning of general HR management tasks. The role also involves supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources operations
- Strong experience in Employee Relations and managing HR Policies
- Knowledge of HR Operations and best practices in Human Resources (HR)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Relevant experience in an HR role, with preference for candidates experienced in the health and wellness sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
