Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Bhubaneshwar. The HR Executive will oversee HR operations, implement and manage HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role involves fostering positive employee relations, managing onboarding processes, handling employee queries, maintaining HR records, and ensuring workforce alignment with organizational strategies. The individual will play a critical role in talent acquisition and development, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Employee Relations
- Experience in implementing HR Policies and managing HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage conflicts effectively
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive workplace culture
