Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional who can handle recruitment along with office management responsibilities. The candidate should have prior on-site working experience and must be capable of managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions.
- Manage 2–3 hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain hiring timelines.
- Conduct initial HR rounds and maintain candidate records.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations and coordination.
- Maintain employee attendance, documentation, and records.
- Support employee engagement and office discipline.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
- Handle basic administrative and HR operational tasks.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience working in an on-site office environment.
- Good understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets and HR tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling bulk or multiple-role hiring.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
