Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Kavali. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding, and managing HR documentation. The role involves administering HR policies, assisting in performance management processes, and addressing employee queries in a timely and professional manner. The Human Resources Executive will support employee relations initiatives, help organize trainings and employee engagement activities, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company guidelines. Collaboration with plant operations and management teams will be essential to align HR practices with the EPIC-GS values and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in supporting end-to-end HR functions.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including handling documentation, HR systems, and day-to-day administrative processes.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge and the ability to implement and communicate policies in line with legal and organizational standards.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Kavali.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial plant environments is an advantage, along with proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
