Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Human Resources Executive. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, handling employee relations, ensuring implementation of HR policies, and supporting organizational HR strategies. The role involves recruitment tasks, maintaining employee records, and addressing workforce needs to create a balanced and productive work environment.

Experience: 0–4 Years (Freshers are welcome)
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and onboarding
• Attendance and leave management
• Payroll and compliance support (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity)
• Employee engagement and HR documentation
• HR MIS and reporting
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Understanding of general Human Resources (HR) functions
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
Preferred Industry:
Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or any corporate HR environment.
