Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive
Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle HR operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
• Handle employee onboarding and induction processes
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
• Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Assist in training and development initiatives
• Handle exit formalities including full and final settlement
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or related field
