Job SummaryWe are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance documentation. The candidate should have practical knowledge of HR processes and labour compliances and should be willing to handle operational HR activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and documentation.
- Handle joining formalities and maintain updated manpower data.
- Maintain proper filing and records for internal and compliance purposes.
Payroll & Attendance Management
- Prepare attendance records and assist in payroll processing.
- Maintain salary, overtime, allowance, and expense records.
- Reconcile salary details and address employee queries related to payments and deductions.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain records related to EPFO, ESIC, and labour compliance requirements.
- Coordinate and prepare documentation required for manpower/service contracts.
- Maintain statutory records and assist during compliance audits.
Employee & Site Coordination
- Coordinate with site teams for manpower attendance and HR-related updates.
- Handle employee concerns related to salary, attendance, and documentation.
- Maintain daily labour payment records and expense approvals.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or compliance.
- Basic understanding of EPFO, ESIC, and labour law requirements.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and record management skills.
Preferred: Experience in facility management, manpower supply, construction, MEP, or service industry.
