Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Executive based in Chennai. The role involves overseeing HR operations, formulating and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of HR activities of group companies. The HR Executive will also support talent acquisition, talent management, address workplace concerns, and uphold a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout)
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Manage employer branding initiatives and candidate experience
Employee Management:
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction initiatives
- Implement performance management systems and appraisal processes
- Handle onboarding, induction, and exit processes
HR Operations:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration
Culture & Development:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Identify training and development needs
- Support leadership in organizational development initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Management and proficiency in HR Operations
- Experience in Employee Relations and developing HR Policies
- Broad understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
