Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR management and operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role will include recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and facilitating employee growth and development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and overall Human Resources practices
- Strong experience in HR Operations and implementing effective HR processes
- Deep understanding of Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment
- Knowledge of establishing and managing HR Policies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with HR tools and software is a plus
