Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Executive based in Trivandrum. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and facilitate initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting employee engagement activities. This role will require close collaboration with various departments to address HR-related needs effectively and contribute to organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Demonstrated knowledge in general Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum and address the needs of a senior-care-focused ecosystem
- Proficiency with HR software and tools is preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare or senior care is an advantage
- Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
