Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Lucknow. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, implementing and ensuring adherence to HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting overall human resources functions. The Human Resources Executive will play a critical role in cultivating a dynamic and engaged workforce aligned with the company’s goals and values.
Qualifications
- Experience with HR Management and HR Operations
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and handling workplace dynamics
- Comprehensive understanding of fundamental Human Resources (HR) practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive work environment
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
