Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, and providing support in various human resources activities including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and compliance.
KRA – HR Executive
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle ensuring closure of positions within 10 days
- Maintain ≥85% offer-to-joining ratio through strong candidate engagement
- Ensure 100% accuracy of recruitment trackers and hiring data
- Deliver seamless onboarding & induction experience with 100% completion
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Resolve employee queries (HR, payroll, policy) within 2 working days
- Ensure 100% closure of grievances with zero escalations
- Plan and execute monthly engagement initiatives & recognition programs
- Monitor and control attrition within industry benchmarks
- Ensure 100% compliance in exit processes and documentation
3. Performance Management & Development
- Drive on-time completion of appraisal cycles (quarterly reviews + annual appraisals)
- Partner with business teams to identify training needs across all departments
- Support implementation of a performance-driven culture
4. Payroll, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure 100% accuracy in payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, variables)
- Coordinate for timely salary disbursement without delays
- Maintain full statutory compliance (insurance, settlements, regulatory requirements)
5. HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain 100% updated employee records, MIS, and HR databases
- Ensure HR documentation (letters, contracts, etc.) is issued within 2 working days
- Support HR audits and policy implementation with zero major gaps
6. Administration & Workplace Management (added to strengthen Admin scope)
- Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility upkeep
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and infrastructure readiness
- Manage travel, logistics, and asset tracking
- Drive cost optimization and admin efficiency initiatives
7. Culture & Organizational Effectiveness
- Act as a culture custodian, strengthening employee experience
- Build processes that improve productivity, retention, and engagement
- Collaborate with leadership on people strategy and organizational planning
- This role requires a highly organized, people-first professional who can balance strategic HR initiatives with strong operational and administrative execution.
