Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, fostering positive employee relations, implementing HR policies, and providing strategic HR support. Day-to-day tasks include organizing recruitment processes, overseeing employee onboarding and engagement, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and addressing employee concerns effectively. The role will contribute to creating an inclusive and vibrant workplace environment that aligns with Scoochers' mission.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and overseeing HR Operations
- Knowledge of Employee Relations and ability to handle employee engagement and workplace concerns
- Understanding of HR Policies and compliance with labor and employment laws
- Proficiency in core Human Resources skills, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in an educational or customer-centric organization is a plus
