Job Title
Human Resources (HR) Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills and be capable of handling multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers regarding staffing requirements and interview feedback.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
Assist in preparing offer letters, onboarding documents, and employee verification processes.
Handle attendance, leave tracking, and employee queries.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR data.
Assist in payroll coordination and timesheet follow-ups.
Prepare HR reports and recruitment status updates.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Knowledge of HRMS/ATS tools is an added advantage.
Should able to work US hours.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, or Indeed.
Understanding of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
Familiarity with US staffing/recruitment processes is a plus.
