Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Eluru for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards. Daily tasks will involve recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement activities, and assisting leadership with HR strategies to foster a productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources principles
- Experience in devising and implementing HR Policies
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and ability to manage interpersonal workplace issues
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience within a fast-paced or digital marketing environment is an advantage
- Ability to search for candidates and hire them
