Job Purpose:
Activities for both internal hiring and client recruitment mandates handled by Sahay Consultancy Group. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, hiring follow-ups, recruitment tracking, and maintaining smooth communication with candidates, hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Along with recruitment responsibilities, the role will also support basic HR operations including onboarding coordination, employee documentation, attendance inputs, and reporting management.
The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced work environment.
JOB ROLE / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
Job Role
We are seeking a highly organised and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to support hiring initiatives across Sahay Consultancy Group and its client organisations.
The role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment coordination, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview management, stakeholder communication, pipeline tracking, and hiring closure support. The position requires close collaboration with business leaders, hiring managers, and clients to ensure efficient and high-quality recruitment delivery.
The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple recruitment assignments while maintaining a professional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring and client mandates
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, databases, and networking channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements, culture fit, and hiring priorities
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback rounds, and offer discussions
- Maintain active candidate pipelines for recurring and priority positions
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Work closely with clients to understand role expectations and hiring timelines
- Support closure of positions within defined timelines and hiring targets
Client Recruitment Coordination
- Handle recruitment execution for clients across multiple industries and functions
- Maintain structured candidate trackers, interview status reports, and hiring updates
- Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling, feedback collection, and joining confirmations
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Identify and proactively escalate hiring bottlenecks, candidate drop-offs, or offer-related risks
- Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and hiring MIS reports
- Track open positions, pipeline status, interview conversions, and joining progress
- Prepare weekly hiring reports and recruitment updates for management review
- Support employer branding activities including LinkedIn hiring posts and recruitment communication
- Ensure proper documentation of candidate information, interview feedback, and offer records
HR Coordination & Employee Support
- Support onboarding formalities, joining documentation, and employee record management
- Coordinate attendance inputs, leave records, and payroll-related data for internal teams
- Assist employees with routine HR process-related queries
- Maintain organised HR documentation and compliance records
- Support employee engagement and internal coordination activities when required
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Minimum Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Basic working knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, attendance management, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.
Preferred
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or a certification in recruitment, HR operations, labour laws, HR analytics, or payroll administration.
- Hands-on exposure to Google Sheets / MS Excel, HRMS tools, job portals, LinkedIn hiring, and structured candidate tracking systems.
Relevant Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR generalist support.
- Experience in a consulting firm, recruitment agency, RPO setup, startup, or professional services environment will be preferred.
