JOB TITLE: EXECUTIVE - HR
LOCATION: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
JOB ROLE: To manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, HRMS management, statutory compliance coordination, payroll inputs, employee benefits administration and exit formalities. The role ensures smooth HR processes and compliance while supporting employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

REPORTING TO: Deputy Manager - HR
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Recruitment - Assist in CV shortlisting, candidate communication and support in Hiring Activities.
- Employee Onboarding – Manage end-to-end onboarding, including joining formalities, background verification, pre-employment medical check-ups., etc.
- HRMS and Employee Records – Maintain accurate employee data, attendance, leave and documentation in Keka HR App.
- Payroll Support – Prepare payroll inputs by verifying attendance, overtime calculation, leave and contract staff salary details.
- Statutory Compliance and Benefits – PF Coordination with PF consultant, POSH filings, Sodexo processing, Medical insurance and employee claims support.
- Employee Lifecycle Management – Handle employee lifecycle processes such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfers, and exit formalities
- Attendance and Access Control – Monitor biometric attendance and resolve attendance-related issues in software. Prepare attendance for specific departments as and when required.
- Employee Engagement and Welfare – Organize employee engagement and welfare activities, including celebrations, festivals, and health camps.
- Contract Workforce Administration – Manage contract workforce documentation, attendance and invoicing.
- Supporting HR department as and when required.
AGE: 25 and above
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
ESSENTIAL: Graduate in any discipline.
DESIRABLE: MBA/ PGDM with human resources as major specialization.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
ESSENTIAL: 4-6 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
DESIRABLE: Hands on experience with HR software. Understanding of statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, POSH and labor laws. Proficiency in Excel.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
EXTENT OF DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY: All major decisions to be taken in concurrence with the Reporting Manager.
