Rudra Innovative Software is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our Human Resource Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This includes handling the end-to-end hiring process, coordinating induction programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate technical/managerial interviews, and ensure timely feedback for candidates.
- Offer & Negotiation: Draft offer letters, handle compensation negotiations, and ensure alignment with company policies.
- Onboarding: Organize induction programs, prepare joining documentation, and ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media, career fairs, and campus drives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the IT/software industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll processing, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills.
