Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements
Handle offer roll-out and onboarding process
Ensure smooth induction of new employees
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database
Draft HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.)
Support payroll inputs and coordination with accounts/vendor
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan and execute employee engagement activities
Address employee queries and grievances
Maintain a positive work environment
Support performance management processes
4. HR Administration
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR
Maintain office discipline and HR policies implementation
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related support
5. Vendor Coordination (Compliance)
Coordinate with external consultant for statutory compliance
Share required employee data and documents with vendor
Ensure timelines and documentation are maintained
