Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support key HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with job portals and coordination with institutes for campus hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment through job portals
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates
Liaise with institute placement cells for campus hiring and internships
Manage employee onboarding and documentation
Handle exit formalities and clearance processes
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support day-to-day HR operations
Required Skills:
Experience working with job portals (Linkedin, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
Preferred:
Experience in recruitment and campus hiring
Familiarity with onboarding and exit processes
Experience:
1–3 years (preferred)
