We're building Rigi TV, a fast-growing global OTT startup, and we need someone who can own both hiring and day-to-day HR operations. You'll run the full TA cycle, keep the team running smoothly behind the scenes, and help us build a workplace people actually want to be part of.
Talent Acquisition Own hiring end-to-end across tech, product, and business roles
- Proactive sourcing on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and referral networks
- Screening, initial calls, and coordinating panel interviews with hiring managers
- Owning candidate experience — prompt communication, no ghosting, clean handoffs
- Offer management, negotiation support, and pre-joining engagement
- Tracking hiring metrics — time-to-fill, source quality, offer-to-join ratio
HR Operations Keep the team experience smooth and the basics running without a fuss
- Run a structured onboarding process — documentation, day-one prep, tool access, buddy setup
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Manage leaves, attendance, and basic payroll coordination with finance
- Be the first point of contact for employee queries — handle them quickly and without escalation
You're the right fit if
- You have 0–3 years of HR experience covering both hiring and operations
- You've worked independently - you know what needs doing and you do it
- You write clearly and communicate without needing follow-up
- You're comfortable being the only HR person in the room
- You use AI tools to work faster, not as a crutch
- You're comfortable with Excel — tracking pipelines, building trackers, maintaining dashboards
- You back your decisions with data — hiring funnel numbers, attrition signals, onboarding drop-offs
- You're based in Bengaluru or can relocate immediately
