Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site HR Executive based in Pune. The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of employees, managing statutory compliances including PF, ESI, and Professional Tax, administering our Field Force Management App to track and monitor field staff activity, and collaborating with the MD and Sales Analyst to define and track employee KPIs. The role also covers general HR operations including attendance, leave management, recruitment coordination, and employee grievance handling.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of HR experience; prior experience in a pharmaceutical company is strongly preferred and will be prioritised during shortlisting
- Strong understanding of pharma field force structure (MRs, ASMs, RSMs)
- Hands-on experience managing PF, ESI, and Professional Tax compliances independently
- Experience with KPI and performance management frameworks in a sales-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English (Preffered) and Hindi.
- Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate immediately
