Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Regur Technology Solutions. This role primarily focuses on recruitment while also supporting key HR functions such as onboarding, employee coordination, and maintaining a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of recruitment processes, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment. A proactive approach, good organizational abilities, and a people-centric mindset will be essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from understanding hiring needs and drafting job descriptions to onboarding selected candidates.
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and share structured feedback.
- Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer coordination.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
Other HR Operations
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, company events, and internal activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization.
- Manage administrative tasks, including vendor coordination and related operational activities.
- Address employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Desired Profile
- Experience: 0–1 year (freshers from any field can apply).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
- Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
- Tools: Familiarity with MS Office and basic HR tools.
- Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Networking: Active on LinkedIn or similar platforms.

Interview Process
- HR Screening/Telephonic Interview (30 to 45 Minutes)
- Assessment & Final Interview – 1-2 hours, assessing skills, along with role overview, policies, and package.
