Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based out of our Noida office. The Human Resources Executive will manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations, maintain effective employee relations, implement HR policies, and provide strategic HR support. Responsibilities also include recruitment, workforce management, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and employment laws.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Strong skills in HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies
- Experience in building and fostering positive Employee Relations
- Sound understanding of employment regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams and across departments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in HR practices (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage
