Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Jhajjar for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee and manage HR operations, ensure compliance with HR policies, and promote effective employee relations. Responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, managing employee performance, supporting recruitment activities, and providing guidance on HR-related matters to foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and expertise in HR Policies
- Strong skills in HR Operations and Employee Relations
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in an HR role is preferred
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
