RBN Steel Innovation is a growing fabrication and manufacturing company specializing in structural fabrication, industrial components, and customized engineering solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic HR Executive who can handle factory HR operations and support our growth.
🔹 Job Role: HR Executive (Factory HR)
✅ Key Responsibilities🔸 Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Understand manpower requirements from production & management
- Source candidates for welders, fabricators, helpers, machine operators
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely joining
- Maintain a buffer database of blue-collar workers
🔸 Attendance & Discipline Management
- Maintain daily attendance & leave records
- Monitor absenteeism and late coming
- Ensure shopfloor discipline and worker coordination
🔸 Payroll & HR Documentation
- Prepare monthly salary inputs and overtime records
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation
- Issue offer letters, warning letters, and other HR communications
🔸 Employee Relations
- Conduct regular shopfloor rounds
- Address worker grievances and resolve conflicts
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
🔸 Compliance Support
- Coordinate PF / ESIC / labour law related records
- Maintain statutory employee registers
🔹 Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years in Manufacturing / Factory HR
- Qualification: MBA HR / BBA HR / Graduate with relevant experience
- Strong communication & labour handling skills
- Practical and disciplined personality
- Good knowledge of attendance systems, payroll basics & recruitment
- Comfortable working on shopfloor
