Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Surat. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations and ensuring the efficient implementation of HR policies. Daily tasks will include overseeing employee relations, maintaining effective communication with staff, and addressing their needs and concerns. Additional responsibilities include coordinating HR processes, ensuring compliance, and contributing to organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
- In-depth understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Prior experience in HR roles and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Job Description
• Handle end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition for retail staff
(Sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer roll-out & hiring)
• Manage onboarding & induction including joining formalities and documentation
• Handle HR Operations (Issuance of various letters, PF-ESIC Enrolment, process of various insurances)
• Manage uniform and ID card issuance & tracking
• Drive Rewards & Recognition (R&R) and employee engagement activities
• Monitor and manage attendance, leave, and shift records
• Handle exit formalities, including resignation processing and documentation
• Maintain and update HRIS / employee records

Skills & Competencies Required
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of labour laws, PF & ESIC
• Strong expertise in retail recruitment at all levels
• Ability to manage store-level HR operations independently
