Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in Navi Mumbai and requires a dedicated Human Resources Executive. The role involves managing HR operations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, overseeing recruitment processes, and coordinating administrative tasks for an organized and efficient work environment. The HR Executive will work closely with management to ensure HR best practices are upheld.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong knowledge and experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience within HR or a similar role is an advantage
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance is a plus
