Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in the Pune Division for a Human Resources Executive. The role involves managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and overseeing administrative HR tasks. The Human Resources Executive will also ensure alignment with organizational goals, compliance with regulations, and contribute to staff engagement and performance processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and creating a positive workplace environment
- Experience with developing and implementing HR Policies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Relevant experience in corporate or consulting roles is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
