Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Bhopal. The Human Resources Executive will handle core HR operations, implement HR policies, foster healthy employee relations, and support the overall management of human resource functions. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies, overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, including recruitment, workforce planning, and talent development
- Knowledge of HR Operations such as payroll, leave management, and compliance
- Strong skills in fostering Employee Relations and addressing workplace concerns constructively
- Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies to maintain a structured work environment
- Working expertise in core Human Resources (HR) practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
