Key Responsibilities:
· Maintaining Employee database & documentation on HRMS Software
· Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork.
· Update employee files with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms etc.
· Generating the employee record of new employees and deactivation of resigned employees on HRMS
· Maintaining the leaves cards and Leave Balances of employees on HRMS Software.
· Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts and updating on HRMS
· Initiating the Background verification Process
· Assist in handling employee inquiries and requests.
· Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
· Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
· Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
· Contribute to Employee Engagement/training program coordination.
· Contribute to Performance Appraisal Process coordination with the employees.
· Provide HR support and guidance to employees.
· Overseeing the daily operations of HR department
· Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.
· Making MIS Reports related to HR Operations
Skills and Experience Required:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the field of Human Resource Management
· 2-3 years of similar experience in HR.
· Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Organizational and time-management abilities.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
· Proficient in MS Office
· Able to demonstrate professional work ethic
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
· Good interpersonal and organizational skills
